Hi, Are there any release notes to the 2023-05-12 version? I'm still on the 2022-06-30 and as long as I have scrolling turned off its rock steady, audio generally good but randomly has marginal moments... Thanks Hope all is well..

Thanks, there is nothing about the latest 2023 updates? I'm going back down in a few weeks so debating whether to update or not. thanks

Hi Mr. epersson, I will check again to see if I have any additional documentation. I think I already posted what I have, but will check again. Thanks!

Hi Todd, Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. I hope all is well. A minor issue I am hoping there is an easy solution. 2 x Original P25 MCU Ver v on the same P25P2 systems both doing the same thing. Ver 2022-07-15 08:02
They both give very short gaps in the audio, similar to what an older Priority check would be like on a conventional scanner, I have tried turning off and on priority enable to no avail.
Additionally the older P25 the audio sounds slightly garbled mostly on the PD channels.
You can listen to them both at my active feeds.
I checked the reference frequency, reset and reloaded them, turned priority on and off

As usual, Thanks!

Hi Eric,
Happy holidays! You may be running into the issues that a few others did (especially with the original design). Some cell phone "mega" towers can cause reception issues when in close proximity. Some people found that external bandpass filters worked for them and others didn't. I was going to make a dual 770 / 850 MHz bandpass filter available, but the Hughes aircraft technician on RR was intent on killing that project with his vast knowledge. lol. I don't think I can make that viable based on the extremely low interest level for that product. I lost money and gained more debt trying to get that going. I think the key will be band pass filters. Are you using the small mag-mount antennas that shipped with P25RX? They do provide some good pre-selection. The 770 cell phone band is brutal because it is right next to the public safety. Qualcom bought up all the filters and made them obsolete or unavailable to those outside their sphere of influence. As soon as someone makes a better filter available, I'll be all over it.

Hi thanks for the response. Yes I’m using the stick antenna. I actually have some cell filters in NH. I tried them before I found out a 5000w radio station was on the hill 1/4 mile away. That explained my NH deafening. I’ll try them. Similar to this.

Most of the off the shelf 'LTE' filters for TV antennas usually block all signals above 695 MHz. Good for TV viewing, not good for 770/850 listening.

These are the filter responses that I can provide. They work for some and not for others. People who have cell phone towers around 769 MHz and a P25 control/voice channel around 771 MHz might still have some issues.
